Today, Kelly over at Kelly's Korner blogged about the simple pleasures she enjoys in life. Her post inspired me to do the same. I think of a simple pleasure as an every day thing that makes me smile. A few of my simple pleasures include:
-Picking Grace up from daycare every day
-Getting to take a run outside
-Hearing a favorite song on the radio
-Getting a text or e-mail from one of my parents
-Making silly faces with Grace and watching her laugh at me
-Fast-forwarding through commercials during shows I DVR'd
-Getting a vanilla Diet Coke from Sonic
-Hearing "I love you" from Nathaniel every day and knowing he means it
-Praying with my little family before dinner
-How nice the house feels right after I clean it

I love getting in the car with Jack to go someplace - like to the WAC, with you and Grace yesterday, or just to the grocery. When he was a new baby, I was so scared to go anywhere with him by myself! And now it's a huge joy.
